Hours of Operation:
Monday through Friday 7:00 am to 4:00 pm. Campus mail delivery occurs daily between 11:00 a.m. through 2:30 p.m. All departments must have their outgoing mail to S&R by 2:30 p.m. and include the
department code on the top right corner in order to ensure same day delivery to USPS.
(Closed from 12:00 to 1:00 p.m. for lunch)
We offer:
- Mail Services - Internal and External mail support.
- Shipping & Receiving - Process of incoming packages and outbound shipments via common carriers.
- Property - Procedure to facilitate accurate record keeping related to the acquisition, maintenance, control and disposition of property.
